World Urban Transport Leaders Summit 2010

Quantum Inventions will be participating at the 2nd World Urban Transport Leaders Summit 2010 (WUTLS 2010) in Singapore. The 2nd World Urban Transport Leaders Summit from 30 June to 1 July 2010 builds on the success of the inaugural event held in November 2008, which had attracted top policy makers and leading professionals from some 30 countries across the world.

The theme for 2010 is "Transforming Urban Transport for Liveable and Sustainable Cities" which will discuss and exchange solutions and best practices by eminent international speakers. They will share insights, latest initiatives and stimulate discussions on policy and strategic issues from a practitioner's perspective. This covers governance, sustainable urban solutions, green and eco-friendly transport and innovations.

For more details, please visit the WUTLS 2010 website – the summit will be co-located with the World Cities Summit 2010.

QI to Participate in CommunicAsia 2010 in Singapore

Quantum Inventions will be participating in CommunicAsia 2010 at the Singapore Expo from 15th - 18th June 2010. Visit us at Booth 3D3-01 in Hall 3 to find out more about our technologies, solutions and products.

On display will be our Traffic Information Platform and solution for telcos, and our consumer applications such as our recently launched navigation system that includes real-time traffic and parking information.

Theme : "Sustainable Urban Transport Development"

The 2nd World Roads Conference is jointly organised by the Land Transport Academy (LTA Academy) of Singapore, the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES), MSI Global Pte Ltd and supported by the Singapore's Ministry of Transport, Public Utilities Board, National Environment Agency, Cities Development Initiative for Asia, Centre for Liveable Cities and the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau.

The 2nd World Roads Conference will comprise five main tracks to cater to your specific area of interest which will address the main aspects of achieving a "sustainable urban transport development". I am delighted to have seven renowned international experts with us in this conference to share their knowledge and experience in their specific domain expertise.

Theme: Connecting Geospatial Communities - Creating New Dimensions

The Asian region is forging a path of development and economic growth through the establishment of infrastructural capital. It offers scope for application of the various Geographic Information Technologies like Photogrammetry, Global Positioning System (GPS), Remote Sensing and Imaging to meet the requirements of the Geo-informatics community in the Asian region. Every year Map Asia provides a platform for the Asian Geo-Informatics community to realise, recognise, and reveal the stages of dissemination of Geospatial Information. Map Asia is an international initiative aimed to allow the convergence, sharing and use of Geospatial Technologies. Founded in the year 2002, Map Asia is the largest Annual International Conference and Exhibition on Geospatial Information, Technology and Applications in the region and offers a unique branding, networking and marketing opportunity to the local and international Geospatial Industry.
